These terms cover text messages sent through the NextIT Facility Messaging program, operated by NextGen AI Technologies for correctional facilities that use the NextIT application.

The NextIT Facility Messaging program lets an incarcerated person send text messages from a facility kiosk to contacts who have been approved by facility staff. Messages are personal communications between the incarcerated person and their approved contact, and may include short notices about visitation, account balances or facility services.

There is no public sign-up. A person is added to the program only after facility staff vet the contact and the contact agrees, in writing or verbally during the approval process, to receive text messages at the number on file. Facility staff record that consent before any message is sent.

• Message frequency varies depending on how often the incarcerated person sends messages.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Each message sent by an incarcerated person is charged to that person’s facility account, not to the recipient.

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from the facility number.
• Reply START to resume messages if you previously opted out.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the facility visitation office.
• Opting out does not affect other services you may use with the facility.

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network conditions and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are filtered for prohibited content as required by facility policy.

Executive profiles – A company is only as strong as its executive leadership. This is a good place to show off who’s occupying the corner offices. Write a nice bio about each executive that includes what they do, how long they’ve been at it, and what got them to where they are.
